Our Churchs -  Church of the Congregation of St Andrew, Puerto Pollensa
St Andrews, Puerto Pollensa

We worship in the beautiful Roman Catholic Parish Church of Puerto Pollensa, by kind permission of the Priest and the people.

Our Services are based in the Roman Catholic Church of Parish of Ours Lady of the Angels (Parròquia de Nostra Senyora dels Àngels).  It is a Greco-roman temple, with baroque ornamentation and was set up for the Templar knights in the century XIV. There is a lavish, baroque altarpiece from 1754, which was moved from the church of Monti-Sion after the expulsion of the Jesuits in 1767.

There are 14 great pictures that they represent the Via Crucis, work of the painters Atilio Boveri (Argentine), Eugen Massgraber (German) and Joaquín Tudela (Spaniard|Spanish).

The belfry is raised on an ancient defensive tower from the 15th C.

In 1991, the bicentennial one of the churches construction, important reform works were carried out to the Sacristy.
